FIELD HYGIENE TTP

Hygiene is a very broad subject that is often overlooked in fieldcraft, but it can have a tremendous effect on you if you neglect it or fail to be efficient in the field. Field hygiene is an infantry skill—the ability to care for your body in a combat environment in an organized fashion is not vanity. You are the weapon. If you are not taking care of your body, the environment will defeat you before the enemy is in range. This TTP covers time, security, ground/air spoor, environmental threats, skin care, and dental care.
